Darren Collins
Darren brings over a decade of system design, database administration, and production system support to the Lighthouse team. He has extensive experience supporting production systems and multi-terabyte databases.
Prior to joining Lighthouse Darren worked in several different roles in the IT industry. He managed database administration for one of the largest Telecoms in the world. His team supported more than forty production databases, serving customers in twenty-six states and concurrent system access by hundreds of customer service representatives. As project manager, Darren was responsible for implementation of a major human resources system at a well known regional consulting company while overseeing support of all their internal systems.
Darren has vast experience in database design, project management, and web based customer service, including system analysis and design for a major bank document printing company. Darren's programming resume includes four years as a team leader at a professional employer organization supporting the company's mission critical human resources, payroll, and financial systems.
